in the area around church in chembur,no flats are sold to non christians in chembur.as exception ,non -christians have to shell out more money by the christian owners.this attitude is slowly changing. in ghatkopar areas only gujus/ jains get houses.even vegetarian but non -gujus are not entertained. so it is a fact that religious and caste discrimination do exist everywhere.
