Its not just Hindu-muslim divide. Its also hindu hindu divide which exist. Regionalism also plays a big role in Mumbai's real estate. My personal experience is most of the society's are governed by those who have crossed 45 years of age. These people are relatively more conservative and finnicky as compared to younger generation .
