Pre pokharan 2 Indian nuclear doctrine had both deterrent and being for peaceful purpose it was also enabling India to play a vital role for global disarmment. But, Pokhran 2 was all Allauddin Khilji type doctrine and this nuclear deal is all Mohommad Tughalaki.Pokharan 2 resulted in arms race with pakistan and Kargil,attack on parliment Operation Parakram while this Nuclear deal shall result in arms race with China.Can one quantify direct and indirect war cost with china? Scrap this deal and return to pre Pokhran 2 doctrine of both deterrent and disarmment.
