Pak's entire history, is based on animosity and hatred towards India, their mortal enemy and were given carte blanche by their benefactor, Chacha Sam to do as they like, with unlimited military and economic aid which they used to create mayhem and terror,in India, using Kashmir as thier excuse. Now, the Cold War over, and Pak's dirty hand in the 9-11 tragedy, and thier terror factory exposed, Big Satan Chacha will longer issue them a blank check, so Pak's finally forced into making some pretensions of peace with India, as Cahacha Sam will not only not support them blindly anymore, but is a bit miffed at them, to say the least. Hence their 'committed to peace' sound-bytes. Yeah, Right!
