It is inteneded to denuclearise India.India has already made very unwise concessions and it will be extremely foolish on part of India to go further.Best is to leave it at that and not go begging for it.
It brings home that it was a foolish idea from day one.Best for India will be to go ahead as we have been doing in line with Nehru's policy since 1947.
At people to people level we will continue to have good relations with the Americans.At International level U S will continue divide and rule policy to maintain supremacy.Hence, we should develop on our own in all fields.
