the root of all our problems in dealing with pakistan arises due to the shortsightedness of our bureacrats who takes all the important decisions and there is no place for independent political / security analysts. the response of our government is always one of reaction as the bureacrats are more pre-occupied with their position and power and does not have strategic thinking ability
