Not a good diplomacy on the part of Musharraf

Hi,
The statement of President of Pakistan is shocking that US is aligning with the enemy(India). Does it reflect the opinion of President or Pakistan. At this stage when negotiations are going on and bilateral relations are improving this statement reflects another Kargil brewing in the mind of Pakistan Army.
