The article raises a very valid and accurate point. Indian Government officials are always content on doing the "right thing" and never actually telling the world they did it. News briefings, and not policies and documents, create a nation's impression and the Indian Government has failed to do that internationally. The only reason a rogue state like Pakistan can support terrorism for decades, proliferate nuclear technology and yet be in the good books of the West so much that thy can actually persuade or blackmail the superpowers into listening to them! India cannot just ignore the fact that though India is not involved in every Pakistani HR victory, it creates a big loss for India. The Government should make a concerted and coordinated effort to put its views and opinions in the world, and capture every opportunity to make itself heard.
