Singh on Clinton

Manmohan Singh is probably very shy about Clinton and may be that's why he was silent about Bill Clinton's contribution to futher Ido-US ties.
We have seen how he sttod folded hands infront of Parvez Musharaff.
The results of Congress policies hit the nation under the belly usually several years later.We have to wait.
