Inappropriate
by Ali on Sep 16, 2005 01:01 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I have to say that it's inappropriate for Sania to continue exposing her body just to make money and attain fame. I also disagree with Mr. Shenoy when he says that a little lengthier shorts would act as an impediment to speed and flexibility. If that's the case, Rafael Nadal wouldn't have won this year's French Open (wearing pants). Sania has to be aware that most of the people watch women's tennis not because of their love towards the game but to watch the underwear and wet T-shirts of players. The vulgar comments made by some of my friends, regarding Sania, while watching the matches, are still fresh in my mind. Most of them do not even understand how the points are won, yet they watch the game. None of us are so naive not to be able to understand why they watch the game. The bottom line is that nobody can claim to be a devout muslim by openly flouting the basic requirements of being a muslim.

Ali.
whether one is drevout muslim or not, is not for you to decide. sania will not call you to be her advocate in front of Allah on judgement day. So don't you bother about saving her soul.

Dude, This is India which is supposed to be a secular nation where everybody has a right to make his/her choices. If you have a problem accepting indiviual freedom, i suggest you move to Iran or Pakistan or even Afganistan where you can try to get the taliban back in power.
