Why don't we let each person decide where to draw his/her own line between religion and profession ? I think it comes down to personal preference. So, just leave it to Sania Mirza and let mind our own businesses...Shall we!!!

The reason the maulvi was concerned is because people are seeing her more as a sex sybol, than as a sports person. This is exemplified in your comment, which includes adjectives like pretty and charming. If you would rather comment about her powerful forehand and the winners she produces, this wouldnt have been an issue.
Having said that, I do believe that Sania should choose what she wants to wear. It is as simple as that.
