What Islam Says?
by Syed Ahamed on Sep 17, 2005 12:40 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Dear Readers,
Muslim is one who submits to the will of the Almighty Allah & we are only His slave. It is not only obligatory upon us to love our Allah but also constantly strive to be obedient to His Commandments mentioned in The Holy Quran & teachings of the Noble Prophet Muhammed(Peace be upon him).Allah says in Quran in many verses "Obey Me(Allah),Obey Prophet"
So in Quran(Chap Al-Ahzab(The Clan)V:59)Allah Commands
"O Prophet!tell thy wives & daughters & believing women, they should cast their cloaks over their body(when going out),that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such)& not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving,Most Merciful"
Chap:An-Nur(Light)V31
"And tell the believing women to lower their gaze & guard their modesty; should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) is apparent;they draw their veils over their bosoms & not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical need"

Mr Ahmed The quotations are from the year 800 A.D, so times have changed a bit, something like 1200 years have passed and there are more things available to titillate men then women showing their faces and legs. Try the internet you would get to see a LOT more, even hindi films are more revealing than Sania Mirza, soif you have to have immodestly covered muslim women to cover up please first get some clothes on Nigar Khan ( so much for Iranian women being modest) rather than look at a soft target like Sania.
