Its beyond doubt that the head of the state has now to save the face / presitige of his countries judicary / state affairs. It had to come out one day that ulitmately the Head of the State of Pakistan would not agree that it was a mistake on their part to implicate Sarabjeet in the "Bombing Case" and he would release Sarabjit on the so called "compassion and mercy" grounds. And we all know that ultimately we as a country will not fight against these decisions of Musharaff only because we care for our country men and not like Pakistan who have strayed away from so called Sarabjits who languish in the Indian Jails
