It is a matter of deep shame for the entire world particularly USA that they have not been able to make the Pakistani Government dismantle the ISI. This is the most 'terrible' terrorist organisation in the world because they work under the cloak of legitimacy from the Pakistani Government and have the entire resources of Pakistan behind them. I fully agree with Mr Naqvi that this organiation needs to be totally dismantled in the interest of the 'world'.
