Pipeline through Pakistan
by Hemant on Sep 05, 2005 09:19 PM   Permalink

The concern over pipeline passing through Pakistan is geniun, but lets resolve this concern by deciding the gas price at the doorstep of Indian territory.
Gas prising can be decided at the production site or at your doorstep. The second option seems to be more reliable to India. Moreover even if the present pak. govt. decided to allow this pipeline. The next (democrately -oops) elected govt. can think otherwise. So pricing at our doorstep can resolve this problem.
