Why is India talking to Hurriyat

Hurriyat can gets people attention ONLY by this way, Infact They mainly working more closely with pakistan than Kashmiris and Indians.
Let them first fight the General Elections and then represent the Kashmiris, rather than trying for a back door entry in to the Negiotation Table.
