Sir, The Delhi blasts have taken place shortly after the announcement of change of government in Kashmir from PDP-led to Congress-led one. If it is the reaction of ultras to the proposed change it points out to the existence of many undercurrents which either might not have been noticed or might have been knowingly kept away from public attention by the Central government for political reasons and media under government obligation. By the way, have we ever had a Hindu Chief Minister for Kashmir? Should we still insist on abolition of death penalty altogether?
