It seems from you article that in your beliefs and comments, you are as confused as the Communists in India today!
India has never been out of the radar of Islamic Fundamentalist terrorism. This (the Delhi blasts) is just another example to show we are still vulnerable. Your argument, or somewhat vague & confused suggestion, that India's vote against Iran may have prompted the attacks is both flawed and cowardly. India as a nation does not need to adjust it's policies for fear of 'reaction' from terrorists. We do not need to rethink our policy decisions as a reaction to terrorist attacks. Then we as a nation are not strong enough.
Of course we need to react and think ahead regarding internatoinal liaisions, and decide what is best for 'us' (meaning 'India' and not 'US'), and not what is best for our neighbours or some lawless terrorist outfit.
A pity that such thoughts come out and are expressed openly after such heinous crimes are committed by terrorists!
