Sri Asoka Mitra writes that reality in 21st Century India is that there is no escape for the UPA who dread loss of office to challengers to Nehruvian House of Roses but to realize that young MP from Amethi is the promising next Chief come what may... Having seen this prognosis, as on the inevitable chemistry of vote-banks in Hindi region and the invariable fears of the rest of socalled "progressive" non -hindi regions UPA allies should gladly annoint the heir -apparent for perpetuity,lest the carpet of empowerment is pulled from under their comfortable seats..I think it is too simplistic analysis of Voter's behaviour in this divisive country...
