I remember the slogan from one of the worst riots that hit America "No Justice, no Peace". It sums up everything, the victims atleast expect Justice from the authorities and If it denied to them then we have all these problems. You don't have to be a Phd to know how to deal with terrorism. Its plain and simple, give the victims Justice! and there will not be any motivation for people to indulge terrorism Unfortunately, Muslims have been denied Justice or at the best given only partial Justice after each and every of those bloody riots which never seem to end.
