It seems to me that you are living in the present and not worried about what your past has taught you so that you can be better prepared for the future. You have directed a careless comment to a person who is experienced in his field. Lessons learnt from war are meant for the future generations to be aware of, war exercises are meant to be on paper and simulates the scenario but its not like the real war. Its like you taking cricket batting practise but still the tension and the mistakes you do when you play the real match will teach you a lot for the future matches. Please dont ridicule the author and second i suggest you must learn from your past.
