oh ! god pls stop... % of rape is very much higher in delhi , mumbai compared to chennai and one of the most peaceful state in India. there are more good things to write about..! If the college has a certain dress code what is wrong with that ?. Does Indian culture too matured that kissing in public should be allowed ?..
