Why do we Indians always make a mountain out of a molehill. There is a way of handling such incidents rather than playing it up in a voyeuristic way in the press. We go to extremes at times without consistency. Moreover, while fifteen may be too young to have a girlfriend, if a 25-30 year old is seeing a woman, is it immoral? The moot point is if that instead of raising a ruckus, the couples could have been politely and firmly asked to leave the hotel. If a mid-twenties, thirties individual is dating a woman, is it immoral? People can simply be asked to not get too intimate in public, but is it in proportion to ask people not to meet and talk.
