The author wrote a completely biased essay.... May be he faced such problems while kissing his girl friend, or was embrassed to see no one was kissing their partners unlike in delhi and bombay.. But i have seem few ppl kissing , but in chennai, ppl are conservative, rather i should say, ppl are against PDA (Public Display of Affection) ;)
