How dare you kiss in Chennai

Folks, I cannot comment on the article, however as an outsider from Singapore working in India and frequent to chennai very often, let me say few words.
Chennai, is place where is culture is abundant, its good place for up bring children, it gives vibrant in that aspect although chennai is still taboo for few matters.
Of course I yet to come across couples holding hands or kissing in public, or at the pubs were the girls gather themselves and have fun.
Big brother here rules with a hand - I am not sure but I think they want to ensure that nothing is taken for granted but could be overzealous in their tasks....coming from Singapore party, pubs, holding hands and kissing is non issue at all there, therefore cities like Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore do have opened up but not to the extent of westerners or as in Singapore....so please be blessed that chennai is holding up on its traditions.

This generation is matured enough to handle themselves.Let them decide what's good n bad for them...So stop disturbing !!! Maybe others can seek some guidance from US on the code of conduct especially for few of those politicians who don't know how to behave in parliment when the whole world is watching .Shame shame shame.
