Kissing is prohibited only in public places. Nobody prohibits you for kissing or for that matter doing anything to anyone privately. It is noone's business to be verifying what you are doing in closed doors.
What is wrong in policing in public places. Police are meant to police public places.

if u so much hate our culture then remove ur clothes walk naked in streets. culture is the only thing which makes us human or els we r nothing but animals in the streets.
