Superb article. Exactly what happens in the city. I am from Chennai and this is exactly happening. I dont know who gave the police this much liberty to intrude into the personal lives of people. There is no democracy in this city. It is ruled by couple of people and is almost like a dictatorship. I dont like living here even though I am a tamilian. I wish to move to some better place like pune or bangalore where people are a lot more open minded unlike here.
