Dress code

What non sense this columnist is talking about. We should learn to respect our culture. Civilisation is not about violating rules and going back to stone age when polygamy is the norm.

If people are talking about intrusion into their privacy when they start making kiss and love in public it is themselves to blame. Nobody is going to bother if you keepthings to yourselves.

Talking about the dress code.

wouldn`t these same young future professionals wear the suit when they get the six digit salary by selling themselves to an IT company some few years down the line. Can they talk about personal freedom to dress anything they like to this future bosses.

Liberty and freedom can go as long as it doesn`t interfere into others and spoil the values of others and society.

If people like this columnist are allowed further at some point they may come out with the idea that people can come out naked and it will be intruding into their privacy to asl to dress up. Will we accepting this non sense - THINK

How do you define Indian culture? Are the nude sculptures at various locations across India an Indian culture? Is Kamasutra Indian culture? How do you define culture.I guess we Indians have become hypocrats. We have a great culture and we are proud of it,but that does not mean we ban every attempt by man to express love.Do you go and destroy all those nude sculptures and burn copies of Kamasutra which are displaying people expressing love.I think we should be more open(here I don't mean kissing and smooching in public)and tolerent to accept this natural process of coming together of two human beings.Like holding hands together and sitting peacefuly at a public space should not be considered as a crime.
