Kudos to Allahabad High Court Bench. For the first time in recent history a practical approach vis - a - vis gender equality has been adopted. Otherwise, everyone knows the law, sympathy and other things are highly in favour of one particular gender in one way or another in all walks of life. This really needs to be changed and one has to treat the things on its merit and as the case may be.
