When a man is unable to maintain his wife and his family, only then his wife seeks divorce from him even if she is earning well to sustain the family.
After divorce I don't think so that men are eligible for any kid of compensation as it is due their own inability that this situation of divorce has arisen.

You are right girls/women only marry to a person with lot of money...when the money finishes she finds a new lover because she believes that her husband should give him lot of money. Once the money is over the love of women is over and she wants divorce to get hold of another rich guy.....well done.....keep it up.

Madam, why are you thinking biasly, may only due to you beig a women. if a husband does not deserve for maintenace from his divorced wife then why should wife deserve maintenace from her divorced husband. i think you are littile bit bias this time thnik twice what i want to say. it is only my HUMBLE request.

Irrespective of who seeks divorce for whatever reasons, if an woman can get compensation so can a man. when you women folks talk about equality, it should be everywhere....

Hi, Some men do take divorce due to the inability of their wives in taking care of the family. Then why should men pay compensation? Most of women talk of equality to get, and not to give, why? Men and Women basically are human beings. In this view both are equal. So the rules which are applicable to men are applicable to women in the same aspect. The court verdict is very welcome, particularly to some men who are not earning due to some inability. When a man can take care of a women by earning, why cant a women do the same? Many women consider their earnings as their personel income. This is not a welcome growth in the society. Instead of fighting with the spouse for their in-capability, both men and women should learn to accept their partners as they are. 0.5 + 0.5 = 1 1.0 + 0.0 is also 1.
Its is for us to choose which calculation we should choose with our partner.
