Yes, Why not? I had come across so many people crying getting continuous harrashment form their spouses. In every aspect they are blackmailing to go for the Womens'commission. If one earning husband can give compensation in the case of divorce, why not earning wives. All are in favour of equalising the stake of both partners, so in this regard why for so much crocodile cry? In fact all compensation matters should be throughly verrified to the extreme extent. Thats all.
This judgment is not for marriage but when it breaks, if there is anything applied to men, then why should it not be applied to women? Now if women earns more then men, she must take care of his expenses (even if it is for luxury) for the simple reason that women if earning less or not earning at all, do get this, then why should men be deprived of money which is rightfully their. As women can have upto 50% of a mans salary then why cant men

Well ..only husband needs to think about the bond is it ?? When husband files for divorce does wife thinks about the bond and don't ask for any money ?? Come ..grow up .. Just say the truth that Woman always wants the best of the best ..does not matter which category .. I do agree that there are numbers of woman who really need to have the independence that they deserve ..but ..specially the urban woman / modern woman ..just wants to enjoy their life with any cost .. does not matter where the money come from .... I have no problem in it but .. if u want to enjoy ..enjoy in ur own expense ..why u need ur husbands money for that !!!! Anyway ..
