There are other laws also for wives/women which are too biased e.g. section 498A IPC i.e. Dowry Law.
This law is being grossly misused by wives. Wives leave their husbands to join their lovers/mother/ father and implicate husband and his family in a false 498A case. Then they file for maintenance to harras his husband in order to get an early divorce. Wives also take huge monenies to take back false 498A complaints.
