This is very good decision taken by court. as now a days both are equal. by any chance he is not in a position to earn, and she needs divorce they what is the problem in paying him. as long as now both are equal and wife can not say it is because of his in ability to earn and that is the reason for divorce.

how can u be so sure that it is only men who are responsible, 60% of wife's in india flirt, when their husbands are working in office, they try to control their salary and spen like anything, when the husband reaches home he faces much more trouble then he faces in office, how do u think india has Emerged so strongly in various sectors?? it because they simply don't want to go home, they prefer staying in office then going home.
