Well, i personally feel that if the Indian
government has given such an undertaking, then they must stick to it. otherwise, a wrong message would go and effect the reputation of the india.
well as far as penalising Salem is concerned, he should be kept in a 2*2 dark room and should not allowed to come out of that room through his life
