I would suggest yes. Even if he is not found guilty but as we know for sure that he was involved in the bloodiest of all the attacks on Indians he should be awarded death penalty. As for our promise made to Portugal, diplomats should sort it. Going for death penalty without the consent of the potugese government would strain our diplomatic ties and also further deportation of criminals would become difficult. So we need to take them together and then go ahead with the process.
