Rigorous Punishment

The extradition treaty with Portuguese insists on not giving a death penalty to Abu Salem. We must honor these obligations.



So the ideal punishment for him would be 25 years rigorous imprisonment in a dark room without parole.

He sould not be allowed to see the light of the day for 25 years.
