Let us not forget that we are a civilised nation. The right that was taken away from many by this one man would still be guaranteed to him, the right to a life without fear. However, we will not let any criminal get by; they should all be given a rigourous prison term and SOLITARY CONFINEMENT for 3 years alternating with 2 years of RI.
