It's no doubt that, the crime committed by Abu Salems warrants to Capital punishment which he deserves. But rules are also made to follow. Now to put him to gallows if proved guilty, the permission has to be obtained from Portugal and the action has to be started now itself and when proved guilty in the Hon'ble court of law, there are chances we may get the premission from Portugal and he can be sent to gallows.
