I would say govt should order rigouros solitary confinment that they die in jail within 25 years. INNOCENT people died in the bomb blast including my friend in stock exchange. I fell people in india are mellow and politicians are shameless dealers and they don't ask for the revenge like in US and more often than not justice is not served to victims.
