Although the contention of the courts is justified in saying that the CBI cannot produce a criminal before the court with pre-conditions, the ground reality is certainly different. On paper the court is correct, but as usual on practical ground, it is an ass. If capital punishment is not possible, Salim & Monica can be kept in solitary confinement for rest of their living life with no chance of a parole. I don't know why India is still sleeping over Dawood and Co!
