It would be certainly agonizing for the families of the deceased if Abu salem is not awarded the death penalty for the henious and dastardly crime commited by him on humanity.What are the basis for the commitment given by our government to the portugese goverment?If the lives of those innocent people cannot be returned by Salem,then he possesses no authority to take them.Hence,I expect that the government would soon take a positive decision in this regard.
