He should be given death penalty & that too expeditiously....It has been 12 years since the serial blasts took place & it is high time justice prevails. Unlike the other cases in the indian legal system, this should be disposed quickly. Remember Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. Again this should not become a political issue as regards the commitment given to Portugese Govt. I suppose we can always explain to Portugal on the nature of Abu Salem's crimes & convincing them shouldn't be too difficult. Political bickering should not provide the escape route for a dreaded criminal like Salem.
