Who is wrong and who is right can be determined only after a survey of the number of HIV, STD and Leporosy patients in Tamilnadu. PMK Ramadoss's son Dr. Anbumani is the Union Health Minister. He can throw light on this. Thereafter, we can decide on who are indulging in hypocrisy and who are talking straight? If it is proved that there has been an increase in these diseases, one has to conclude that these devices have failed and the purpose has been defeated. If the diseases are widely prevalent despite these devices, are they not an indication of immorality? The responsibility is of both the sexes. Hiding the truth is hypocrisy. Theory is okay. What about the practice?
