Then hindus have all the rights to have their own courts.Why one should accept the courts available now.Hindu's will have one as per hinduism.It meaningless to talk about the seperate court then meaningless for any person to live in India if they are not abide by the constitution and court of law. Atleast now our goverment will wake up and ban all this boards which are spreading false things and make India really secular nation.

Secular does not mean bringing all religions together, it means allowing all people to practise their religion. It also means that no law-of-the-land should interfere/contradict with the laws that come in the domain of religion, but only assist it. The present law in India allows Hindus and Muslims to marry/divorce/settle disputes according to their laws, failing which they can refer to the National law, which is essentially constitutional in nature and not religious.
Please do not mis-interpret the comments of Mr. Gupta, as his understanding is only with the constitution and religion and not with the practises established by the constitution in lieu with the Religious laws which operate without contradicting them but assisting them.
