this article "US tells india, drop dead" - is quite incomprehensible, esp. the first 2-3 paragraphs which quote the email. there are incomplete sentences which do not make even grammatical sense. the effort to use slang (as in "Hot Dog") is well taken, but appears unnecessary in the context of this article, and adds to the reader's discomfort while reading.
in short, i found it very difficult to figure out what the article was saying and what its sentences meant.
