Whatever the author has said leaves no impression about his attention to cast BJP in the villainous stint.
To this I would say, if the legislature doesnt perform its duty according to the postulates laid out in the constitution, the judiciary should step in to perform the same.
If we have a bunch of thugs in the legislature, then the judicary should do whatever possible to uphold the constitution, which the respected governor of jharkand had left no stone unturned in murdering the same.
