Dear Abdul,
You are saying "Dar-ul-Uloom is the highest authority in the world today on fatwa...." and again you are saying "The father-in-law must be stoned to death as per Islamic law"....Are you not rejecting Dar-ul-Uloom's fatwa here ? Think about it.
