why should india disarm herself..?? If pak think that India has build N-arm to fight with Pak it is thier foolish perseption..
We should have n-arm so that other who have n-arm think twice before thinking to attack.. In world there is Many country who have Nuclear arm and today you can attack a country for away from you..
So idea to use nuclear arm in counter attack only is enough.. if both country follow this rule thats enough.
