If India and Pakistan were one, there could have been frequent civil wars. And yet, he said that Muslims were FREE to live in India at their own risk, and only those that wanted to come to Pakistan could do so. He also said that Hindus and Sikhs were FREE to live in Pakistan. He NEVER perpetrated the Kashmir occupation. It was the fanatic members of the Muslim league, whom he had come DISLIKE after the creation of Pakistan.
