It was a very well written article. The ISI is not intelligent enough but the Indian leaders are themselves foolish, I would say. As in the history, even today the Indian leaders fail to capitalize on the oppurunities especially in the foreign policies. They fail to strenghten India's point not only in pakistan related policies but in relation to other countries as well with special emphasis in case of Pakistan. One reason could be that the Indian leaders are not loyal enough to consider India as their motherland and they are all time busy in their personal interests.
